GENERAL
Tuholaistorjuntakeskus Oy (Business ID 2627748-9) sells products to businesses, organizations, and private individuals of legal age in Finland. Products can be ordered from the Tuholaistorjuntakeskus online store, by sending an order by email to myynti (at) tuholaistorjuntakeskus.fi, or by phone at 020 762 2244.
ORDERING
When ordering from the online store, follow the store’s ordering instructions. You can pay for your order by bank transfer. You will receive an order confirmation by email. We ship the order as soon as the payment has been registered to our account.
When ordering by email or phone, provide the names and quantities of the products you are ordering as well as your contact details (orderer’s name and contact person, organization’s Business ID, delivery and invoicing address, phone number, and email address). We will send an order confirmation to your email. We ship the order as soon as the payment has been registered to our account.
Ordered products are held reserved for 10 business days, after which the order expires if payment has not been made. With each order, the customer agrees to the terms of delivery in force at that time.
PRICES AND VALUE-ADDED TAX (VAT)
Product prices are stated in euros and include the applicable VAT. A delivery fee is added to the product price (see below). Check the terms of delivery before placing an order. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery fees.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time is typically 2–7 business days from when the payment is registered to our account. If a product is out of stock or the delivery is delayed, we will notify you without delay.
DELIVERY COSTS AND DELIVERY METHOD
Delivery costs depend on the delivery method you choose. When ordering from the online store, select the delivery method according to how you want your order delivered to you. You can see the delivery costs in the delivery method selection list.
COMPLAINTS, EXCHANGES, AND RETURNS
It is a good idea to inspect the package upon pickup. If a product is damaged in transit, a damage report must be filed with Posti (the postal service). After this, contact Tuholaistorjuntakeskus Oy to arrange delivery of a new product. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new, identical product. The notification period for defective products is 8 days from receiving the order.
Under the Consumer Protection Act, the purchaser has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving it. A notice of cancellation must be made either by email (myynti (a) tuholaistorjuntakeskus.fi) or by post to the return address below. Include your name, address, order date, and product in the cancellation notice. Also enclose the payment receipt and your bank account number for the refund. The product must be returned by post within 14 days of making the cancellation notice, in original condition and in its original packaging. In accordance with the distance-selling regulations applied since 13 June 2014 under the Consumer Protection Act, return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund the purchase price of the product together with the delivery costs (not the return costs) no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice is received, provided that the product has been returned or has demonstrably been handed over to the postal service for delivery to the return address.

Please note that a separate cancellation notice must also be made for uncollected packages. For an uncollected package for which no cancellation notice has been made, we charge a fee of 10 euros.
We reserve the right to amend our ordering and delivery terms. The terms in force at the time of ordering apply to the order. Tuholaistorjuntakeskus Oy handles all customer information in complete confidence and undertakes not to disclose customer information to third parties.
